Thaw shrimps in packaging for 20 to 30 minutes in cold water.
For traditional shrimp cocktail:
Place lettuce leaf in bottom of cocktail glass. Arrange cold shrimps around
the edge of glass with tails facing out. Add seafood sauce to center.
Calculate 3 to 4 shrimps per person.
