Defrost sausages in packaging for 20 to 25 minutes in cold water.

BARBECUE

Preheat BBQ to medium. Remove sausages from packaging. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes depending on desired doneness, turning several times to ensure even cooking.

STOVETOP AND CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Heat a little oil or butter in a skillet. Cook sausages over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes to grill them, turning several times to obtain even cooking.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
