Specifications for Marinated Quebec grain-fed chicken skewer

Quantity 1 portion or 8 portions or 14 portions

Quebec chicken breast, red and green peppers, Spanish onions.

Marinade: canola oil, first-pressed olive oil, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, raw sugar, cornstarch, fresh garlic, spices, fine herbs.

Contains: sulphites.


Thaw skewers in packaging for 20 to 25 minutes in warm water.

BARBECUE

Preheat BBQ to medium. Remove skewers from packaging.

Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking.

STOVETOP

Heat a little oil and/or butter in a skillet.

Cook skewers over medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove skewers from packaging and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes on middle rack.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
