Thaw chops in packaging for 20 to 25 minutes in warm water.
Reserve marinade from packaging.
Heat and pour over chops when serving.
BARBECUE
 Preheat BBQ to high. Grill chops for 2 to 3 minutes on bone side.
 Continue grilling 3 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on desired
 doneness.
 STOVETOP AND CONVENTIONAL OVEN
 Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat a little oil and/or butter in a skillet over
 high heat and sear chops for 1 minute on bone side. Continue cooking for 1
 minute on each side. Place chops in oven for 8 to 12 minutes depending on
 desired doneness.
 Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
