Our grain-fed chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms is an incomparable classic for mushroom lovers. It’s the filling that really steals the show: Mushrooms and garlic deglazed with white wine, béchamel and cheddar cheese. It’s as refined as it is satisfying!

Specifications for Stuffed chicken - Mushrooms

Quantity 1 portion or 6 portions

Quebec chicken breast, chicken broth, cream, white wine (sulphites), eggs, butter, seasoned breadcrumbs, unbleached white flour, cream cheese, shallots, Spanish onions, mushrooms, fresh garlic, arrowroot starch, potatoe starch, fresh herbs, spices, sea salt, pepper.

Contain: wheat, milk, oya, sesame seeds.


CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove frozen chicken breast from packaging and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on middle rack.

NOTE: For larger quantities, add a few minutes to cooking time.

SUGGESTION: Cut chicken breast in 3 or 4 slices and serve fanned.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
