Canadian Atlantic salmon, pastry (wheat flour, butter, water, salt, wheat gluten, deactivated yeast, malted wheat flour), eggs, unbleached white flour, filtered water, butter, white mushrooms, cream, white wine, fish stock, Marsala, Spanish onions, anchovies, arrowroot starch, potato starch, fresh garlic, fine herbs, black pepper.

Contains: milk, sulphites, wheat, soy.

May contain: almonds, hazelnuts, eggs.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove frozen salmon from packaging and place on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes on middle rack. Finish under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to brown the pastry, if desired.

For larger quantities, add a few minutes to the cooking time.

Slice the salmon Wellington into two or three portions widthwise and serve.

Serve with our succulent wild rice, ready in 3 minutes.
