Preheat BBQ to medium-high. Brush patty with oil to prevent sticking. Sear 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and continue grilling for 4 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until an internal temperature of 70°C is reached.

Heat a little oil or butter in a skillet and sear on high for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until an internal temperature of 70°C is reached.
