Our beef skewers are made with premium ingredients: AAA beef, red and green peppers, and onions. Try them on the BBQ or in the oven for a rich, flavorful treat.

Specifications for Marinated AAA beef filet mignon skewer

Quantity 1 portion or 8 portions

Filet mignon of AAA beef, yellow, red and green peppers, Spanish onions, tomato paste, molasses, corn syrup, filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, pure honey, ketchup, orange juice, Consistaid, raw sugar, butter, Worcestershire sauce(anchovy), fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, light soy sauce, spices, fine herbs, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sea salt.

Contains: soy, wheat, milk.



Thaw skewers in packaging for 25 to 30 minutes in warm water.

BARBECUE

Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Remove skewers from packaging. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes until desired doneness. Turn several times to ensure even cooking.

STOVETOP

Heat a little oil and/or butter in a skillet.

Cook skewers over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes until desired doneness. Turn several times to ensure even cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove skewers from packaging and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on middle rack.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
