Medium portions of 290g.

An essential to keep on hand in your freezer, these giant shrimp pair perfectly with all types of sauces. You’ll love them sautéed in a pan with crunchy vegetables, as well as on a skewer, in the oven or on the barbecue. Ours are already deveined and peeled, with the tail on.

Specifications for Uncooked shrimp 16/20 (black tiger)

Quantity 10 units or 6 packets of 10 units




Thaw shrimp in packaging for approximately 30 minutes in cold water.

To serve shrimp cold:

Fill a pot with water (about 5 times more water than shrimp) and bring to a boil. Remove shrimp from packaging and immerse in boiling water. When water returns to boiling, continue cooking for 1 minute. Empty contents of pot into colander and run under cold water to stop cooking.

STOVETOP

In skillet, sauté shrimp with our shallot, garlic and white wine butter or garlic butter over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

BARBECUE

Preheat BBQ to medium. Place shrimp on grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Brush with garlic butter or sauce of your choice.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
