Thaw breasts in packaging for 20 to 25 minutes in warm water.

BARBECUE

Preheat BBQ to medium. Remove breasts from packaging. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn 2 or 3 times to ensure even cooking.

STOVETOP

Remove breasts from packaging. Heat a little oil or butter in a skillet. Cook breasts over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times to ensure even cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove breasts from packaging and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on middle rack.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
