What’s a classic of French cuisine that has never lost its glory? Leek soup! Our version of the famous soup tastes so satisfying, they’ll think you spent the whole day in the kitchen.

Specifications for Leek soup

Quantity 1 portion or 6 portions or 12 portions

Osmosis filtered water, leeks, Spanish onions, celery, vegetable stock concentrate, 35% cream, white wine (sulphites), butter, chicken stock concentrate, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, sea salt, pepper, spices. Contains: milk.


STOVETOP

Remove frozen soup from packaging. Heat in a saucepan over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a thicker consistency, allow soup to reduce for a few minutes. For a more liquid consistency, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

MICROWAVE

Remove frozen soup from packaging. Place in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring 1-2 times.

For a larger quantity, add a few minutes to heating time.

For a more pleasing presentation, garnish with a spiral of fresh cream and/or chives.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming bowls before serving.
