Nordest farm beef, green shallots, grey shallots, gherkins, capers, olive oil, mustard, red fingerling peppers, chives, tabasco, worcestershire sauce, sriracha sauce, lemon, steak spices.
Thaw tartar and sauce in their packaging 30-40 min. in cold water. Remove from packaging. Add the sauce to the beef cubes, mix well during tasting.
