CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Preheat oven to 375 °F.
Remove crab cakes from their bags. Do not thaw. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack, flipping halfway through. For larger quantities, add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
