Red onions, cherry tomatoes, peppers, green beans, zucchini, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, fresh garlic, fine herbs, spices, cayenne pepper.

Remove frozen tray from packaging.

BARBECUE

Place tray on grill over high heat. DO NOT COVER. Heat for approximately 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Simmer until excess liquid evaporates.

If product is thawed, reduce cooking time by a few minutes.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tray on a baking sheet. DO NOT COVER. Heat on middle rack for approximately 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Simmer until excess liquid evaporates.
